This free workshop is designed to be both nourishing and reflective, offering participants a gentle space to move through emotional layers with care, curiosity, and communal support. No dance experience is required-just an openness to breath, sensation, and connection.

A Writing-for-Healing Workshop

In recognition of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month (October), the Pregnancy Loss Support Program presents:

A Writing-for-Healing Workshop in partnership with Make Meaning

This workshop is a writing-for-healing process that offers an effective way to navigate crisis, grief and loss. Participants will learn how to make meaning from difficult experiences to energize growth, resilience, and compassion.

This event is free, and open to PLSP participants, alumni, and the greater public.

Following the workshop, we will be holding a short candle-lighting and memorial ceremony to honor the pregnancy and infant losses experienced by our PLSP participants and alumni. All are welcome to stay for this ceremony.

Grieving the Unseen: Care, Ritual, and Response to Perinatal Loss

In partnership with Plaza Jewish Community Chapel, The New York Board of Rabbis, and UJA-Federation of New York

This 90-minute webinar will explore the emotional, spiritual, and communal dimensions of perinatal and infant loss. Through personal stories, expert guidance, and ritual insights, we aim to foster deeper understanding and compassionate response.
